Here's a disturbing article in the Washington Post about the increasing volume of anti-black racism being directed at the Obama campaign, sometimes by Clinton supporters. In my view, this lends support to my thesis that plenty of white Democrats and Democratic-leaning independents will desert Obama in the fall because he's black.

And here's an interesting article in the same paper about measuring immigrant assimilation. Surprise, surprise - immigrants are assimilating rapidly, but illegals take much longer to assimilate because they're partially cut off from mainstream society. Sounds like a strong case for legalizing the illegals.
