How on Earth is it that John McCain is the first to come out with a bold proposal to reform the financial system?
Forget about the fact that the "plan" is silly fluff and wouldn't amount to anything. Why is this uninspired geezer, who admits he doesn't know or care about economics, scooping Obama on such a huge thing? Where is Obama on this?
