Last night I was flipping through channels, and I noticed Lou Dobbs AND Glenn Beck's stand-in both complaining about high gas prices, and demanding that the candidates come up with some kind of plan to immediately bring them lower.
Seriously? After years of repeating the mantra of "smaller government" as if it had some sort of meaning, of trumpeting the evils of "socialism," these right-wing commentators now demand that the almighty government deliver them cheap gasoline?
