Looks like I was wrong about the Bush subprime mortgage bailout plan helping the por at the expense of the rich. Looks like it actually won't do much of anything at all...a faux-populist gesture to make it look like the Administration is doing something, while actually allowing the collectors to collect. Why am I not surprised?
